Bridal preps coverage starts 2 hours before the ceremony and is a natural, informal coverage where we shoot the details and the getting ready - hair, make up and the girls and family photos. It's a greay chance for us to get to know the bridal party and family.
Groom preps start two hours before the ceremony and is a lovely, natural coverage of the lads getting ready. typically we start where the guys get ready and then move to a venue - typically a pub for some Duch courage before the ceremony. Like the bridal preps it's a great chance for us to me the groomsmen and the groom's family - making the family photos during the reception more informal.
Our coverage of the ceremony is discreet and we cover every aspect from walking down the aisle, the vowes, the guests and the emotion. If a package includes a second photographer there are two view points from the front and rear of the venue so as to focus on each of the couple.
We take the couple off for around 20 minutes during the reception. We'll discuss with the couple before hand when we feel would be the best time but typically we'll go at the end of the reception so as to give the couple more time with friends and family. When guests are seating we usually have 20 minutes before the couple are announced and so use this time for the couple photography. It's part of our aproach that focuses on making use of the time well so as to give the couple as much time with friends and family .
Literally.... who doesn't love confetti? Havn't met anyone in 404 weddings that doesn't! We organise a confetti photo after the ceremony or during the reception... always fun!
We discuss with the couple in their pre wedding meeting which group and family shots they want. We put approx 25 minutes aside for the groups and feel this is enough time. We have our own set list of family photos, bridal party as well as stags and hens.
Our coverage of the speeches splits between the speakers themselves and the reactions of the guests.
Your closest friends and a key part of your wedding... because of this we put 10 mins aside purely for the bridal party photography. The guys, the girls and individuals with the couple to ensure you have memories of your days with the people that mean the most.
Colour & Light
How we edit and grade our images, how we put our specific stamp on the edit style is as much a part of our style as how we shoot and how we use light - all of these aspects combine to make our style.
As with the bridesmaids we want to shoot much of the bridal party naturally. Our aproach on the day is to observe and document everything - the japes, the laughs, tears as well as the lads all looking great.
Our ethos is to create work that you would put on your wall - that is - not just a print of you looking at camera but a styled, natural story that shows you looking amazing in a style that's different from your usual portrait.
Every part of the wedding has been considered and so we aim to document all the little details and nuances that you've chosen as part of your wedding.
Our service includes coverage up to first dance and we love to get the couple's first dance followed by shots of friends and family dancing - it's a lovely way to finish the story,
